Your return visits will include follow up evaluation of symptoms and any treatment necessary to continue the management of your care
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you cancel or contact us via the contact form or email to reschedule no less than 48 hours before your appointment. We understand that there will be times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations related to work or family. However, when you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you may prevent another patient from getting much-needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we cannot schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” schedule. The first time an appointment is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance you will be notified electronically that you have missed your appointment. The second appointment that is not canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance will result in a sixty-five dollars ($65) late cancellation fee; your insurance company will not cover this.
