Cancellation Policy

We ask that you cancel or contact us to reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. We absolutely understand that there will be times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations related to work or family. However, when you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” schedule. The first time an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be notified electronically that you have missed your appointment. The second appointment that is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will result in a sixty five dollars ($65) late cancellation fee; this will not be covered by your insurance company.
